Telephone Sets, Lines & Data Jacks
Submit a PRESTO work order of contact Building Operations to request installation, reassignment, or repair of a phone, fax, or data line at the Science Center. For repair, reassignment or relocation of an existing phone or data line, please provide the phone number, jack number, and room number where the line is located.

Wireless Access
Wireless Access Points (WAPs) are located throught the Science Center providing wireless access. Secure wireless access for visitors is available through HUIT.
Presto Work Order Request Form
For non-emergency facility maintenance requests, submit an online work order request through the PRESTO work order system. Sign in with your Harvard ID and Harvard Key to access the site. Select a Building, Location, and Problem from drop-down menus; provide details of the problem; click "Submit Work Request." PRESTO work order entries are reviewed daily and assigned to the proper person(s) for completion.
