Café Operations & Catering Services

The Science Center Café  (Clover Food Lab) is located on Level 1 in the south wing of the building.  Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, Kitchen 8AM to 7:30PM, Coffee Bar 8AM to 2PM.  The café is operated and managed by Clover Food Lab.  If you have questions about Clover Food Lab please contact the manager, Brendan Davis,  atr brendan@cloverfoodlab.com.  Clover's offerings are at the Clover website.

Events

The Cafe seating area can be reserved by groups for events only when the Clover restaurant is not open. For catering needs, the Science Center Building Operations Team recommends Crimson Catering to handle your basic catering needs, including continental breakfasts, basic breaks, and bag lunches. In addition to providing exquisite food, Crimson Catering can coordinate rentals such as tables, chairs, and décor, and coordinate certified bar services. Crimson Catering can be reached at 496-6000. Crimson Catering at Harvard pays their employees a living wage, as outlined in the Wage and Benefit Parity Policy (WBPP) as recommended by the Harvard Committee on Employment and Contracting Policies (the Katz Committee). Many external caterers do not. 

Crimson Cash

Crimson Cash is accepted at the Science Center Café (Clover Food Lab). 

Vending Machines

Vending machines are located on the B-Level of the Science Center near the elevator lobby. Crimson Cash is accepted. The vending machines are owned and operated by Ackers Vending Services, Inc. They can be reached at (800) 300-2900 for service or refunds.
